Please read these terms before placing an order.
Web Site
No warranties of any kind are made on the accuracy of information posted on the site. User creations contain user-submitted content and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Typographical errors and other mistakes may occur. Endurance R/C reserves the right to change information without notice.
Shipping
Standard shipping and handling is $8.99 for orders within the USA via FedEx (tracked and insured). Packages typically ship the following business day. Endurance R/C is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address, taxes, or import fees.
Receipts and Payment Confirmation
Receipts and invoices are provided via PayPal. Once payment is submitted, transaction details will be sent to the PayPal account email address. FedEx will provide shipping status once the order has shipped. Orders shipped via USPS will not receive shipping confirmation.
Returns
Endurance R/C guarantees delivery of a working product. If an item is damaged upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement within 14 days. Shipping is not refundable. Undamaged returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in original packaging. Endurance R/C cannot accept returns on items that have been physically modified, re-programmed with non-Endurance R/C firmware, or are special/custom orders. Software purchases are not returnable.
Web Store Ordering
Due to limitations in the ordering system, the cart may allow ordering of out-of-stock items. If an item is out of stock, the payment will be refunded during normal business hours.
Tax
Residents in the state of Kansas are required to pay sales tax. Tax is calculated based upon the shipping address provided.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Endurance R/C be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, multiple, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind. Endurance R/C does not authorize the use of its products in life-critical applications such as automotive, aircraft, military, medical, or emergency devices, nor as weapons.
Custom Projects and Full Kits
All custom projects are handled on a case-by-case basis with a non-DOA warranty. If a client does not respond within 30 days after project completion, the project is assumed abandoned and becomes property of Endurance R/C. Estimates are subject to a 10% cost overrun without additional approval.
Customer Service and Support
All customer service and support is performed via email only, with no exceptions. We aim to respond within the same business day. Tech support is provided for the original purchaser only.
Software for Purchase
By installing the software you agree to the EULA provided. The software requires either a PCTx or Servo Controller to function properly. There are no refunds on software due to copyright. Updated versions are provided at no cost to the original purchaser only.
Sample Software
No warranty or support is offered on any sample software. All sample software is open source and can be changed and modified by anyone.
